How to use your Buffalo David Bitton e-gift card:
The e-gift card number must be entered at Checkout
If the total amount of your purchase is lesser than the amount available on your e-gift card the remaining balance can be applied to your next purchase.
If the total amount of your purchase is greater than the amount available on your e-gift card the balance can be paid by credit cardTerm & conditions:
- Special offers do not apply to the purchase of e-gift cards.
- E-gift card can not be replaced, returned or redeemed for cash.
- In case of lost or deleted e-gift card, please contact a customer service representative at service@buffalojeans.com.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
any unworn, unwashed merchandise along with the receipt, tag and
original packaging for up to 30 days from the date which the order was
delivered.
Refunds will only be made in the manner in which
payment was made. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and to the
extent that the requirements of the Return Policy are met, the amount
corresponding to the return (with the exception of shipping fees) will
be credited to your credit card.
Should you refuse the product(s) upon delivery; the shipping charges will be charged to your account. We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent; otherwise shipping charges are
non-refundable. Returns can only be sent to our distribution center.
No exchanges are possible on products purchased from this site.
Final sale merchandise can not be returned.
BUFFALO's liability for sold merchandise shall not exceed the price paid.
Return Procedure1.Please
fill in the “Return Form” that was sent with your order, and be sure to
indicate your name, order number and style numbers for items you wish
to return. It is also mandatory that a reason be checked off on the
return form.
2. We ask that you include your order confirmation
receipt along with the Return Form in your package and return by a
trackable carrier method.
Any return orders that are sent back to BUFFALO past the 30 day policy is subject to refusal and will not be credited. BUFFALO is
not responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you ship your package via a trackable carrier method. Buffalo
can not refund any items lost during return shipping.
Refunds are processed within approximately

14) to thirty (30) business days of our receipt of your return.
