FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Free standard shipping applies to orders with a total value of $99 and over, after final reductions (promotions, vouchers and coupon codes) and before applicable taxes & shipping fees when applicable. Free shipping is available for FedEx Ground method only.

U.S. SHIPPING

FedEx is the proud carrier for all orders in the United-States. Please note that for all orders under $99 the following shipping fees will apply. Please see below for the shipping rates.

- FedEx Express Saver (3 business days) $24.99
- FedEx Priority Overnight (1-2 business day) $34.99

PRIORITY OVERNIGHT AND EXPRESS SAVER

If you choose Priority Overnight or Express Saver shipping methods, your order must be received and processed by 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time otherwise your order will be processed the following business day. Express Saver (3 business days) and Priority Overnight (1-2 business days) are the shipping speeds and begin once the shipment is in the hands of FedExBusiness days are Monday-Friday, excluding statutory holidays in the United States.

Please allow additional time for deliveries to non-major centers and remote locations. Buffalo Jeans recommends using the available information which will allow the customer to make certain the proper shipping method is selected. Delivery standards are subject to available transportation and are therefore subject to change without notice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SHIPPING POLICY:

  • BUFFALO (Centric Denim USA LLC) is not responsible for compensating customers due to shipping carrier delays.
  • Shipping is not available to P.O Box addresses and for APO/FRO.
  • Ship to and bill to addresses must be within the same country.
  • When picking up your parcel to a FedEx location, signature and valid identification documents will be required. When picking up your parcel to a Fedex location, signature and valid identification documents will be required.
  • Shipping to logistics companies is not available.
  • Delivery time selection does not include order processing time; therefore, please allow for order verification and processing time upon selecting “Ground” or “Express Saver” or “Priority Overnight”.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We offer a one-time price adjustment on any full priced item(s) that are marked down within 14 days of the purchase date. Price adjustments will only be honored on items purchased at full retail price and will be credited in the original payment method. Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are not eligible for price adjustments. Not applicable to gift card purchases or where prohibited by law. We ask that you please follow these steps in order to make a price adjustment request.

  1. Email service@buffalojeans.com if your order begins with BDB_US
  2. Include in the subject header of email “Price Adjustment Order BDB…”
  3. Include the style name and number in which price adjustment request is for.
  4. Include date and/or name of promotion for the price adjustment you are requesting.

RETURN PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS

Returns and exchanges are now FREE!

We want you to love your purchases(s), but if something isn’t right, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise along with the receipt, tags, and original packaging for up to 30 days from the date which the order was delivered.

Note that Gift Cards are non refundable.


CONDITIONS

Refunds will only be made in the manner in which payment was made. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and to the extent that the requirements of the Return Policy are met, the amount corresponding to the return (with the exception of shipping fees) will be credited to your credit card. Should you refuse the product(s) upon delivery; the shipping charges will be automatically charged to your account.

Returns must be submitted within 30 days from date received. Any return orders sent back to BUFFALO exceeding the 30-day policy are subject to refusal and will not be credited.

For merchandise purchased on sale, or with a coupon code, or during an online promotion, the amount credited will correspond to the amount paid at the time of the order.

We will refund shipping charges only if we inadvertently shipped the wrong item; otherwise freight charges are at customer’s expense, therefore non-refundable. Returns can only be sent to our distribution center.

Final Sale: Certain clearance merchandise is Final Sale, it will show FINAL SALE - No Return / Exchange on the product page and on the order. For hygienic reasons, we cannot refund or exchange under-garments and jewelry, as they are Final Sale merchandise.

BUFFALO (Centric Denim USA LLC) liability for sold merchandise shall not exceed the price paid.

From the time your return parcel arrives at our Distribution Center, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and 3-5 business days for the return amount to appear on your credit card statement. Returns from rural areas and remote locations may take an extra 2 to 3 business days.

BUFFALO (Centric Denim USA LLC) is not responsible for return shipping unless you use our return label provided. Should you choose to ship your return parcel, we suggest using a traceable carrier method and recommend insuring the return parcel in the event the package is lost or was not received. BUFFALO will not refund any items lost during return shipping. BUFFALO will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. No COD or collect deliveries will be accepted.
