If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed merchandise along with the receipt, tag, and original packaging for up to
30 days from the date which the order was delivered.
Refunds will only be made in the manner in which payment was made. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and to the extent that the requirements of the Return Policy are met, the amount corresponding to the return (with the exception of shipping fees) will be credited to your credit card. Should you refuse the product(s) upon delivery; the shipping charges will be charged to your account.
We will only refund shipping charges if the wrong item was sent; otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns can only be sent to our distribution center. No exchanges are possible on products purchased from this site.
Final sale merchandise cannot be returned. For hygienic reasons, we cannot refund or exchange undergarments and jewelry.
BUFFALO's liability for sold merchandise shall not exceed the price paid.
1. Please fill in the "Return Form" that was sent with your order, and be sure to indicate your name, order number, and style number(s) for items you wish to return. It is also mandatory that a reason be checked off on the return form.
2. We ask that you include your order confirmation receipt along with the “Return Form” in your package and return by a traceable carrier method.
Any return orders that are sent back to BUFFALO past the 30 day policy is subject to refusal and will not be credited.
BUFFALO is not responsible for return shipping. We recommend that you ship your package via a traceable carrier method. Buffalo will not refund any items lost during return shipping. It is also recommended that customers insure the return parcel (at the customer’s expense) in the event that the package gets lost or was not received.
Refunds are processed within approximately fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days of Buffalo's receipt of your return.
